Agreement and Scope
Wholesale Granite Direct is a trade name of Hiltons General Contracting Services, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The appearance of the final product may differ because of natural characteristics, manufacturing processes, lighting, screen settings, dye lots, or material availability.
Installation and Project Scheduling
Installation and completion dates are estimates. Dates may change because of weather, manufacturer or shipping delays, material availability, labor availability, site conditions, customer-requested changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Project-specific responsibilities, pricing, scope, scheduling, and remedies are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties are provided, if applicable, by the relevant manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms. Any Company workmanship warranty is governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement with the customer. Nothing on the Websites creates or expands a product, manufacturer, or workmanship warranty.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Websites only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to a Website or related system; interfere with Website operation or security; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing material; or use Website content in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Program Name and Description
Hiltons General Contracting Services, Inc. operates a customer communications program through the Countertops & Floors, Hiltons Flooring, and Wholesale Granite Direct brands. After providing valid consent, participants may receive appointment reminders, estimate notifications, project updates, customer-service communications, and promotional messages from the brand with which they interacted.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent applies only to the messaging program for which it was provided and may not be transferred or assigned. Message frequency varies based on your requests, project activity, and the communications you elect to receive.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s message and data rates, terms, and conditions govern charges associated with sending or receiving text messages.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you later opt in again.
Rejoining
To rejoin after opting out, enroll again through the same method you originally used to provide consent or another authorized opt-in method offered by the applicable brand.
