Where do I start. I called 1st and the lady was so pleasant on the phone. I had to go see what this place was all... about. I have small job and in need of a piece of remnant. I was the first one in the store on this morning. I was greeted nicely and professionally. Like a customer would want to be greeted entering a business. Because, you never know what a person need and what they are capable of paying for. Bailee helped me and she was awesome. Took care of me quickly and professionally. We were looking for a color of granite that would go with an existing backsplash. We were able to locate a matching... color. I had the approximate measurements with me and they were able to provide a quote on the spot. They had someone come to the house and laser measure the kitchen and my measurements were off by only a small amount. I reviewed the measurements and approved the diagram. When the installers came with the granite, they were diligent in trying to keep everything clean. We were told that there could be damage to the existing backsplash, but there was none. The installation went quickly and they were efficient. I would definitely use Wholesale Granite again. We are very happy with the results.read more

Good service until they have your money. They say some damage may happen.Didn’t realize that meant every cabinet and... wall would be damaged. I always had countertops installed to the wall they install them through the wall then tell you this is normal. They left cabinets filthy from all the sheet rock they damaged then again just tell you it is normal. They did come out to fix the piece next to the stove but stove still can’t go back to the wall. Just terrible customer service.Mr Owner,First of all you you charged us a deposit so yes you had my money before the work even started. I never mentioned anything about paint on the wall so having my walls painted first has nothing to do with this. You are right that you said there might be some damage to cabinets but you should tell us that all countertops would be damaged.I even expected some drywall damage but didn’t know you actually install countertops through the drywall. And it was not done in the afternoon they were here until 730 that night and I a hurry to leave left a mess at our houseread more

After spending $14,000 for countertops I am now being told that I will have to pay $175 to have ONE corner that was... neglected to be rounded. Beware if you choose Wholesale Granite for your countertops to check all corners. And also Lauren lacks in customer service in responding to special concerns.read more

This was my first time to hire Wholesale Granite Direct - a great company to do business with! Hired them to replace a... granite top on a bathroom vanity. Advised me to be aware mirror above could break during installation. I obtained a quote from mirror co in case it was broken. The mirror co said, there is NO way to remove & install new countertop without breaking the bevel framed mirror. The crew sent to the install were very skilled, worked fast, cleaned up nicely. But most of all, they did NOT break my mirror!! I was thrilled that the mirror co was WRONG. The guys were confident in what they were doing. I will definitely use WGD again, and recommend them to all who ask.Thank you for a great experience!read more
